1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pkuck platform and all services operated under it. By visiting the pkuck website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with pkuck, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and ID details provided at registration must match your actual information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account on pkuck. If multiple accounts are found on a single device, IP address, or within the same household, pkuck reserves the right to investigate.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkuck may request identity verification from a user at any time. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on pkuck are processed through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name for deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

6. Gaming Policies

• Attempting to harass or harm other users.
• Attempting to hack into or carry out a cyberattack on pkuck's systems.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by pkuck

pkuck reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any reason without prior notice. In particular, an account may be closed for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User
